Weekly rental rates for the period to Jan. 11th. 2009
With the exception of the high season period July 1st. to September 2nd. the prices are based on 2 persons sharing 1 bedroom. For 2 bedroom lets add £75.00 per week.
All rates are fully inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, gas and water.
Maximum number of persons, 4 adults. (sorry no pets)
Maximum letting period 3 weeks - regret no long term rentals.
Minimum rental charge is 1 week.
Terms of payment. 25% with booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. Deposits are to a UK bank account.
If booking with less than 6 weeks to arrival date - payment in full with reservation.
A "get you started" pack of groceries will be placed in the apartment prior to your arrival
There are no additional costs.
