With the exception of the high season period July 1st. to September 15th the prices are based on 2 persons sharing 1 bedroom. For 2 bedroom lets add Euros90.00 per week.
All rates are fully inclusive of bed linen, bathroom towels, electricity, gas and water.
Towels for sunbathing and beach are not supplied.
Maximum number of persons, 4 adults. (sorry no pets)
Maximum letting period 3 weeks - regret no long term rentals.
Minimum rental charge is 1 week.
Terms of payment. 30% with booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking with less than 10 weeks to arrival date - payment in full with reservation.
Payments are to a UK or Spanish bank account. Payment is accepted in Sterling or Euros.
Details of bank accounts for payments will be supplied with reservation confirmation.
There are no additional costs or charges.

Further notes to booking
We accept payments in Euros or pounds Sterling by bank transfer. Transfer costs to be covered by sender. 30% within one week of confirming booking and balance 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking. Guests will be met at the property and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.
Cancellation refunds: More than 16 weeks to arrival date – no cancellation charge
More than 10 weeks to arrival date but less than 16 weeks lost deposit.
Less than 10 weeks to arrival date – no refund unless we are able to re-let - every effort will be made to re-let and if we are successful then the balance payment will be refunded. The lost deposit will be used to advertise for replacement lettings.
We advise travel insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation.
